Oasis Day Spa is searching for professional distinguished energetic individuals who are ready for a challenge. As Oasis Day Spa continues to expand, we are looking to build on our existing team by hiring talented new candidates who want to grow with us.

Nail Technician

The candidate must abide by Oasis Day Spa policies, procedures and maintain a regular work schedule. The candidate must have proficient skills in hand and foot treatments including: spa manicures, spa pedicures and nail enhancement services including acrylics, gels and silks. The successful candidate must be able to educate clients in home care nail maintenance, and must be familiar with common nail disorders. Candidates must be able to work independently and without supervision, and must be able to produce precise, long lasting polish applications, promote the appropriate services and products at Oasis Day Spa.

A certificate of completion from an accredited Nail Care institute is required. Nail Technicians must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Maryland. Clientele is preferred, but not required.

Receptionist

The candidate must abide by Oasis Day Spa policies, procedures and maintain a regular work schedule. Oasis Day Spa is looking for a friendly, gracious, upbeat and positive front desk person. This position is multi-faceted and includes receptionist, client relations, instructing day spa customers, housekeeping, and retail sales responsibilities.

This position requires the ability to multi-task, organize and provide excellent customer service. Retail sales and service experience a plus. Flexibility and evening availability is also needed for consideration.

Massage Therapists

The candidate must abide by Oasis Day Spa policies, procedures and maintain a regular work schedule. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of the benefits of various massage services and professional experiences providing massage services in an upscale spa environment. This Massage Therapist will be responsible for the delivery of various massage therapy modalities as well as body treatments that offer the customer a method to reduce stress, muscle soreness/stiffness and contribute to a sense of well being.

A certificate of completion from an accredited Massage Therapy institute is required. Therapists must be licensed in the city/town in the Commonwealth of Maryland.

Esthetician

The candidate must abide by Oasis Day Spa policies, procedures and maintain a regular work schedule. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of the benefits of all types of skin, should have excellent knowledge of professional level spa and skin care product lines.

Skills required:

• Hair removal techniques
• Make-up application
• Sales experience
• Familiarity with European-style facials a plus
• Customer service experience or experience in a spa setting is helpful
